We are working hard to tackle the issues reported on Wood Road, Treforest.

Following reports of speeding within this area we have asked GoSafe to attend the location for enforcment action and today Taff NPT conducted a speed scoping operation on that road, with 8 out of 50 vehicles measured exceeding the speed limit, they have been sent warning letters in this instance to highlight the road is a 20MPH.

We will carry on conducting speed scoping operations and will pass details of vehicle speeds to GoSafe and the local Councillor.

Thank you for your help. It is only by the police and the public working together that we can prevent and detect crime.
